Empire 36" Tahoe Direct Vent Luxury Fireplace
A Direct-Vent system uses two vent pipes. One draws air in from outdoors to support combustion. The other exhausts the by-products of combustion to the outside. The two vent pipes may be concentric (exhaust pipe within a larger diameter intake pipe) or co-linear (separate pipes of about the same size).
Combustion takes place inside a sealed chamber – with a glass front in the case of a fireplace. Room air circulates around the combustion chamber, often assisted by a blower, to heat the room.
A DV system is often installed along an outside wall to simplify the vent run, but can also be installed elsewhere in the home and vented through the roof.

Tahoe Direct-Vent Fireplaces
Tahoe Clean-Face Deluxe models feature our Contour tube-style burner, designed to complement the hand-painted ceramic fiber log set, and produce a natural dancing flame.
The Clean-Face Deluxe Fireplace comes with a discreet air distribution channel that eliminates the look of louvers, yet still allows you to operate the optional blower. It features a large tempered glass window that provides an unobstructed view to the log set. Choose an optional liner to customize your fireplace.
Tahoe Clean-Face Deluxe models require 17-3/4, and use 4 x 6-5/8 venting, making them ideal for applications where wall-cavity space is tight.
Designed for in-wall installation, your Tahoe Direct-Vent fireplace can be finished with tile or other non-combustible material, which conceals the outer edge of the fireplace to provide a true built-in appearance.
Tahoe Luxury
Tahoe Luxury models retain the same overall dimensions as Premium models but feature ceramic glass (for better heat transfer), a dimmer-controlled accent lamp inside the fireplace, automatic blower, and an intricately detailed 13-piece log set.
The larger Slope Glaze Excess Burner provides a fuller ember bed and generates more heat than a comparably sized Premium model.
Liner options for Luxury Models include: Banded Brick, Stacked Limestone, and Black Reflective.
Luxury models are offered in Millivolt, IP, and Multi-Function remote models.

Typically, items will arrive 2-5 business days after being shipped. Smaller items are shipped with UPS or FedEx, however, larger items and orders are shipped through freight, which is a more complex process compared to shipping small parcels. - Some delivery companies will call to schedule a specific delivery time, while others will drop off the shipment at the nearest accessible location near your home, Curbside, or deliver it as close to a garage door as possible.
Pre-Delivery
Typically, shipments arrive without issue, but if you do encounter a problem, please carefully inspect your packages following the guidelines. If there is any damage, photos must be sent to support@grillsyard.com within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Upon Delivery:
Upon arrival, verify that the number of pallets/pieces listed on the delivery receipt matches the expected amount. If there are any missing pieces, make a note of it on the receipt before signing, for example, "Received 3 out of 4 pieces." Contact us at (844)-725-2884 immediately if any pieces are missing. We will work with the delivery company to find the missing items or arrange for replacements.
As soon as the shipment arrives, inspect it for any visible damages such as crushed box corners, holes, or broken pallets, which can indicate internal damage.
After accepting the shipment, examine the package for any concealed damage. You have 48 hours to send us photos of the damage at support@grillsyard.com. You can also report any concealed damage by calling (844)-725-2884, and we will guide you through the Damaged delivery process.
