At GrillsYard.com, we’re dedicated to giving you the best value for your purchase. If you find a lower price on an identical item from a local or online competitor (including shipping and delivery fees), just show us their current advertisement—whether it's a printout, photo, or displayed on your smartphone—and we’ll match the price!

Exclusions

Our price match policy does not apply to certain brands, installation labor, or items that are on closeout, clearance, discontinued, refurbished, used, or damaged. Price matches are limited to reasonable quantities and cannot be combined with other discounts.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, simply contact us via phone, email, or chat. Provide the details of the item and the competitor’s price, and we’ll verify the information before completing the price match.

Proof of Price

To successfully request a price match, you’ll need to provide proof of the competitor’s price. Accepted forms of proof include:

  • The full printed advertisement
  • A photo or photocopy of the ad
  • A digital version of the ad
  • A link to the competitor’s website showing the item and price

Note that our price match will include any shipping and delivery costs. For example, if a competitor lists an item at $500 with $100 shipping, we will match the total price of $600.

Stock Availability

The competitor’s item must be in stock at the time you request the price match.

Bulk Purchases

Price match requests are limited to reasonable quantities. For larger purchases, please contact us to discuss potential volume discounts.
